  <div itemprop="reviewBody">I first want to apologize. Sometimes, my impatience and attention to small details gets in the way of what the situation at the time may really be. I put myself in front of others not knowing what is happening on your end and causes me to say things I regret later.
With that being said, let me begin with THANK YOU! The time you and your company spent on more than one occasion coming up with a solution to our heating and cooling problem, and with the equipment which was designed to small for our home by another company, 3 years ago. Your solution seems to have proven itself already. By having a 3 ½ ton unit on a home with over 1700 square feet and wanting to add another 200 square feet to this seemed impossible. Your solution by adding another return air in the AZ room and relocating the air vent in the kitchen has proven itself already.
Your installers were professional in every way. They were careful in how they approached the job. They put back what they disturbed. And most important, cleaned up after they were done. In addition they checked the A/C unit and also checked the cooling at several vents in the home. The kitchen and the AZ room were the problems. The air temp at the register in the kitchen 57 degrees, living room 56 degrees, laundry room 56 degrees, and the back bedroom 57 degrees. These temperatures may be off by a degree or two but the important thing is that the temperature is now uniform throughout the house. Before this was done the temperature in the kitchen was in the low 60’s and the temperature in the AZ room was in the high 80’s. We can now see the hand towel on the kitchen range move with the air flow and the temperature in the AZ room is now in the low 80’s. Once the window in the kitchen is removed this temperature should drop a little more.

You were kind enough to finance part of your fees at the time, as we were unable to come up with the full amount due at installation. My wife and I would very much like to THANK YOU for helping us out at that particular time.

We made an agreement to finance this installation with you over the next 12 months, however we are now in a position to pay off our account with you. We are enclosing a check with $, which pays off the account in full.

We thank you for your professionalism during the installation process, your workers and all involved were pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely refer you to family and friends that may be in need of your services in the future.

Again, thank you so much for working with us, so that we would be comfortable in our home. Just a week ago we turned on our A/C for the first time this season (we have an evap we were using until then) and it is working so efficiently.
